Let us explore the future of art in the digital space together.

About the ALLOVR Fellowship

The web3 and metaverses are changing the art world as we know it. The presence in digital spaces becomes increasingly important for artists. The web3, owned and controlled by the users and not by global corporations, changes the way art will be made accessible, distributed and sold. ALLOVR is the first web3 project specifically dedicated to the global fine art community.

The Fellowship Program is designed to give artists an easy entry into the widespread web3. As a Fellow you belong to the first artists getting exclusive access to experiment with ALLOVR. You will get the chance to mint your own artist tokens and to represent your work in digital spaces.

Moreover, as a Fellow, you’ll receive direct financial support to help you focus on your creative work. The Fellowship is designed to boost your reach and visibility through virtual exhibitions of your submitted work sample.

And the best thing is, as a Fellow, you become one of the first contributors to ALLOVR, a 100% community-driven project owned and governed by its users. That’s why all valid Fellowship Applicants will be granted AOVR Tokens, even if you do not get one of the rare 5 Fellowships. Make the first step now and apply for the Fellowship.

  • How to apply?
Applications are only possible through the application form on allovr.io/fellowship As soon as your application is accepted, we ask you for a work sample provided as digital photography, video or any other applicable digital format.
  • What type of work samples are accepted?
There are no specific requirements towards the type of work samples, as long as you are the creator and hold the intellectual property rights of your work. All types of contemporary art are accepted and the Fellowship Program invites visual artists from all areas. Should it be graphical, sculptural, painting, digital or any other form of expression. Existing works can be handed in as well as new works. Work samples should be provided either as a digital photography, video or any other applicable digital format. A short artist note (text, audio, video) providing the context for the work sample is expected.
  • What can the web3 provide for artists?
Artists need platforms to have their work being seen and recognized. Those platforms can be technical and non-technical. A theater is a platform for an actor to express herself. Spotify is a platform for musicians to distribute their music. Gallerists and art dealers provide platforms for contemporary artists to be seen and heard. Almost all forms of art have developed efficient distribution platforms for their work. Musicians have the huge music streaming platforms, Film has Netflix and Amazon. Authors have Kindle and Audible. Fine artists are still missing such an efficient distribution platform. The web3 for the first time gives fine artists the possibility to develop such a platform. With one huge difference. It will not be owned by large corporations but by the artists themselves. ALLOVR is at the forefront of this development and wants to provide artists with the right tools and technology to do so.
  • What is web3?
Web3 is a collective term for the next evolutionary step of world wide web. It describes a web that is controlled, shaped, and owned by its users and not by large corporations. It's based on novel collaboration and incentive schemes and decentralized software systems. The web3 paradigms are technically implemented through blockchain technology. Smart contract platforms like Solana or Ethereum provide the technical infrastructure to implement web3 applications. You can learn more about the web3 and how it will transform society and economy here or here.
  • What is the AOVR Token?
The ALLOVR token (AOVR) is the basic utility and governance token fuelling the ALLOVR community. The vision of the ALLOVR community is to create alignment of interest among artists, gallerists, collectors and art lovers. You can find more details on the token in our documentation.
  • What is ALLOVR?
ALLOVR is a decentralized fine and digital art network that establishes a novel collaboration model for artists, gallerists, art collectors, and society in general. ALLOVR provides a token economy tailored to the art market and enables both emerging and established artists to interact with their communities based on aligned economic incentives. Artists and gallerists can build their own token economy and profit from secondary market royalties. Art collectors and art enthusiasts benefit from shared profits, improved authenticity, and transparency. Many of the ALLOVR network’s core principles and economic incentives are inspired by the 1971 Artist Contract originally designed by Seth Siegelaub and Robert Projansky. ALLOVR is 100% community governed and implemented on Solana. Please see our full documentation including the ALLOVR whitepaper for all details.
